ARK Global Partners LLC ("ARK," "we," "our," or "us") operates the SmartCall AI platform ("Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our Platform, including when you connect third-party services such as Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.

When you connect Google Calendar to the Platform, we request access to your calendar data solely to:
We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing the calendar booking functionality you have explicitly enabled. We do not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties for advertising or any commercial purpose unrelated to the service. We do not allow humans at ARK to read your calendar content. Access to your Google Calendar is limited to the automated processes required to fulfill the booking functionality.
You may revoke our access to your Google Calendar at any time by disconnecting the integration from Connected Systems within your account settings, or by removing the SmartCall AI application from your Google account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
When you connect Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft 365 calendar to the Platform, we request access solely to check availability and create calendar events for the booking functionality. The same restrictions described in Section 3 apply to Microsoft calendar data.
When you connect a CRM to the Platform, your agents use the connection to read permitted customer record fields during calls for identity verification and to answer account-specific questions. SmartCall AI never writes to your CRM. CRM data is accessed in real time during calls and is not stored on our servers beyond what is captured in call transcripts per your account configuration.

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the duration of your active account and for a reasonable period following account closure. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Calendar OAuth tokens are stored securely and are deleted when you disconnect the integration.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest. API keys and OAuth tokens are stored using secure practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
